Systems thinking in product management
Adding more lanes does not fix traffic jams. Hiring more people and getting more funding is not the way to get stuff done.
We can do more useful work with the same team and resources. It's about how we organize ourselves.
This talk is about ideas and best practices we can borrow from manufacturing, film production, project management and other fields. It's about my experience as an engineer trying to systematize the fuzzy discipline of Product Management.

That's a pity - I was looking forward to this especially! You don't need to prepare a TED Talk, can you maybe still share a bit of your knowledge?
